Terms of use

LiveSong.app sells one-off greetings (30 seconds, €2.99) and songs (up to 3 minutes, €6.99). There is no subscription.

Seller

The service is offered by a private individual, not a company: Angel Doychinov, 23 Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii St, 1393 Sofia, Bulgaria. There is no company ID. Contact: hello@livesong.app, tel. +359 89 620 6328.

Payment before audio

Payment is through Stripe (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Generation starts only after a successful payment. There is no preview listen before paying.

Final generation

Generation is final. There is no free second take for taste, style or lyrics. A new version is a new paid order. By paying you agree that generation starts immediately and that the usual withdrawal right for digital content does not apply once the file is ordered.

If there is no finished file

If an order does not finish with a file, the most common reason is wording that does not pass our filters — insults, explicit language, sexual content, or other disallowed phrasing. Review your description and try again with appropriate wording. If the content is fine and a file is still missing, we refund the paid amount and mark the order as refunded.

Delivery

The file is downloaded only from My music. We do not email the MP3. We keep each file for 7 days after generation, then it is deleted automatically — download it in time.

Account

Before creating, you register quickly with email only. You stay signed in on the same device. We send a code only when you sign in from another place. Payment is through Stripe — we do not store the card number.
